In food processing, most exhaust fans are made of iron from technology that is 30 to 50 years old.


These old fans typically have big motors and heavy, poorly designed pieces of metal called fan blades, which have no aerodynamic design. The grills on these fans are usually so thick that they cut off a great percentage of the air being produced. The sound that is produce from these type of fans are usually deafening.

The Coenco designed 3/4 hp unit is replacing new 10 hp units that were designed 30 to 50 years ago.


In addition to a totally new effective pull/push, all air is moving to the area of the exhaust, which does not occur with traditional units.
