In the majority of the industrial plants in operation today, if cold air is being manufactured, it is generally not understood that the cold heavy air is being exhausted, and the hot light air just builds. This causes 2 problems, air conditioning is ineffective, and it leaves the hot air in the building, increasing the heat load because the exhaust capacity is being taken up by the cold air. It only takes a 10 degree separation in temperature to make this happen.

Previously experiencing 120 degree inside temperatures on 90 degrees outside days with 300 tons of air conditioning. This was causing problems with dirty air and high employee illness.

Inspection table with an 82 degree temperature, and comfortable conditions.

After the installation of the Coenco System®, the 300 tons of air conditioning was replaced with 60 tons. With these adjustments, the air quality dramatically improved, as did employee attitude.
